Hello Everyone and Sanibonani!
this is 2012 and - DUBE is celebrating 25 years...unbelievable, time is flying!
Flashback:
when we started it was right in the middle of the struggle for freedom;
who would have thought those days that the Apartheid Regime could finally
be conquered.
If you are not brave enough to dream you will never have the power to win
we are deeply grateful; also for all the encounters, workshops & performances
during these years...words can hardly describe this feeling.
there will be a special DUBE Birthday Event coming up; looking very much foward to that and hopefully we will see lots of you then!

Hallo ihr Lieben und Sanibonani!
es ist Anno 2012 und - wir können es selbst kaum fassen - DUBE gibt es seit nunmehr 25 Jahren; wenn das kein Grund zum Feiern ist…!
…und auch um für einen Moment inne zu halten:
als wir damals begannen war es ‚mitten drin'; der Kampf gegen die Apartheid erreichte seinen Höhepunkt und wer hätte damals gedacht, dass dieses Unrechtsystem tatsächlich besiegt wird.

dafür sind wir unendlich dankbar; auch für die Begegnungen, Workshops & Auftritte in dieser langen Zeit, so ein Gefühl ist mit Worten kaum zu beschreiben.
natürlich wird es ein ganz besonderes DUBE Geburtstags Event geben.
darauf freuen wir uns schon sehr und hoffen auf ein Wiedersehen mit vielen
von euch!
